Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Graft application or visiting trygraft.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app or website. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and We Discovr Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Graft (or 16 years old if you are located in the EEA). By using Graft, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the app.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

To access Graft's features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@trygraft.net if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 One Account Per User

You may only maintain one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, obtain additional free rewards, or for any other reason is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Tiers

Graft offers both a free tier and a paid premium subscription. Premium features are detailed within the application and may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice of changes to premium features.

4.2 Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or via RevenueCat, depending on how you access the app. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or the payment method on file. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4.3 Lifetime Access Promotions

From time to time, Graft may offer lifetime access at no charge to a limited number of early users as part of a promotional campaign. Lifetime access grants you access to the features available at the time of the grant, for as long as the Graft application continues to operate. We reserve the right to add features to premium tiers in the future that may not be included in legacy lifetime grants. Promotional lifetime access is non-transferable and tied to your individual account.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are governed by Apple App Store policies where applicable. For direct purchases, refund requests may be submitted to support@trygraft.net within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where the service has been substantially used.

5. Training Streaks & Clothing Rewards

5.1 Streak System

Graft tracks your training consistency through a streak system. Streaks are calculated based on workout logs recorded within the app. Streaks are tied to your account and are non-transferable.

5.2 Reward Eligibility

Upon reaching qualifying streak milestones, you will receive discount codes or credits redeemable against the Graft clothing line. Reward thresholds and values are set by Graft and may be updated over time. We will provide reasonable notice of changes to the rewards programme within the app.

5.3 Reward Redemption

Clothing rewards are subject to the following conditions:

• Codes are valid for a limited period as specified at the time of issue
• Codes are single-use and tied to your account — they cannot be transferred, sold, or shared
• Rewards are subject to product availability
• We reserve the right to limit the number of rewards redeemable per user per period
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents

5.4 Streak Integrity

Any attempt to manipulate, falsify, or automate streak data to obtain rewards fraudulently will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all pending rewards, and potential legal action where applicable.

6. Clothing & Merchandise

6.1 Products

The Graft clothing line consists of activewear and lifestyle apparel produced on a print-on-demand or direct basis. Product images, colours, and materials are as accurate as we can make them, but minor variations may occur. We reserve the right to modify product offerings, discontinue items, or update designs at any time.

6.2 Ordering & Payment

Clothing purchases may be made using cash payment, applicable reward codes, or a combination of both. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you of any discrepancy before processing your order.

6.3 Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6.4 Returns & Refunds (Clothing)

Due to the print-on-demand and made-to-order nature of our clothing products:

• We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered
• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue
• We do not accept returns for size exchanges — please refer carefully to size guides before ordering
• Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days

UK consumers have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving goods for standard purchases under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items where production has already begun. If you have redeemed a reward code as part of your order, refunds will be issued as store credit equivalent to the code's value.

6.5 Fulfilment

Clothing orders are fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners. We are responsible for the quality and accuracy of your order. In the event of a fulfilment error, contact us at orders@trygraft.net and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Community & User Content

7.1 Clubs & Community Features

Graft allows users to create and join Clubs and to post content within the community feed. By posting content on Graft, you grant We Discovr Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Graft platform for the purpose of operating the service.

7.2 Community Standards

You agree not to post content that:

• Is abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence
• Promotes dangerous fitness practices, disordered eating, or self-harm
• Infringes any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Is spam, promotional content, or misleading
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate them.

7.3 Fitness Disclaimer

Content shared by users in Clubs and the community feed is user-generated and has not been verified by Graft. Nothing in the Graft community constitutes professional medical, fitness, or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any new fitness programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury.

8. AI Coach & Exercise Library

8.1 AI Coach

The Graft AI coach provides general fitness guidance based on the information you provide. It is not a substitute for professional personal training, medical advice, or physiotherapy. The AI coach does not have knowledge of your complete medical history and its responses should be treated as general informational content only.

8.2 Exercise Library

The exercise library contains over 1,000 exercises with instructional content. This content is provided for informational purposes. Graft does not warrant that any exercise is appropriate or safe for your individual physical condition. You perform any exercise at your own risk.

8.3 Injury Disclaimer

If you have a known injury, medical condition, or have been advised by a healthcare professional to avoid certain types of exercise, you should consult that professional before using Graft's AI-generated workout plans or following exercises from the library. Graft and We Discovr Ltd assume no liability for injuries resulting from following app-generated recommendations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content within Graft — including the application design, logo, branding, exercise content, AI systems, and written materials — is the intellectual property of We Discovr Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Graft content without our express written permission.

The Graft name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of We Discovr Ltd. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the app or manipulate streak or reward systems
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical security measures
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the app or its infrastructure
• Scrape, harvest, or collect other users' data without consent

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Availability

Graft is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

11.2 Fitness Results

We make no representations or warranties regarding fitness outcomes, weight loss, performance improvements, or health results from using Graft. Individual results vary and depend on many factors outside our control.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, We Discovr Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Graft or the clothing products, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £100 GBP.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Discovr Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the app, or your user-generated content.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

We encourage you to contact us first at support@trygraft.net to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings. For EU consumers, you also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Graft after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the app and may request account deletion.

15. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@trygraft.net. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses — will continue to apply.
